This website is operated by Sabiá Coffee, an Alberta, Canada business.
Throughout these Terms, “Sabiá Coffee,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sabiá Coffee.
Our online store is powered by WooCommerce, and online payments are processed through Square.

You may use our website and purchase our products only for lawful purposes.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide, including your contact, billing, shipping and payment information, is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping and contact information is correct before submitting your order.
3. Products
We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and display our coffees and other products.
Because coffee is an agricultural product, characteristics such as flavour, aroma, appearance and availability may naturally vary between harvests, lots and roast batches.
Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible, but colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen or device.
All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or limit the availability of a product at any time.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices on our website are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping or delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Payments are securely processed through Square. We do not directly store your complete credit or debit card information.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.
5. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Errors affecting an order
- Orders that we cannot reasonably fulfill
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
6. Fresh Roasting & Processing
We roast our coffee fresh in small batches based on incoming orders.
We currently roast approximately twice per week, so processing time will depend on when your order is received in relation to our roasting schedule.
We make reasonable efforts to process orders promptly, but processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees.
7. Shipping & Local Delivery
We ship orders from Alberta, Canada to destinations throughout Canada.
We also offer local delivery in Blackfalds, Red Deer and eligible surrounding communities.
Shipping rates, local delivery fees, eligibility requirements and other delivery information are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy and displayed where applicable during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather, carrier operations and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Returns, Refunds & Order Problems
Because coffee is a perishable food product and is freshly roasted, coffee purchases are generally final sale.
However, if you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sabiacoffee@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts or promotional codes.
Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum purchase amounts or product exclusions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to modify or end promotions, subject to applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website—including the Sabiá Coffee name, logo, branding, photographs, illustrations, graphics, text and other original content—is owned by or licensed to Sabiá Coffee.
